The Goshen Theater, Inc. is currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Interim Operations Assistant

Anticipated Start Date: November 1, 2021
Reports to: Audience Services/Box Office Manager and Technical Director
Hours: 20 hours/week

The Goshen Theater, located in Goshen, IN is seeking an hourly (up to 20 hours/week) Interim Operations Assistant starting November 2021 and continuing until we hire an Executive Director. The Interim Operations Assistant will provide support to the Audience Services/Box Office Manager and Technical Director.

The qualified applicant will be responsible for

  • Data entry
  • Box Office Duties
  • Assist with preparation for events
  • Assist with volunteer needs
  • Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Computer skills: Google apps: spreadsheets, calendars, email, browsers
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Week-end and evening availability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
